Shrimp

Clearwater Canadian coldwater shrimp are wild-harvested in the cold, clear waters of the North Atlantic Ocean, off the coasts of Eastern Canada, Greenland and in the Barents Sea by two shrimp harvesting vessels.  Using innovative engineering and attentive handling practices to ensure optimum freshness and flavor, shrimp are processed, individually quick frozen (IQF) and packaged on board modern factory vessels within minutes of harvesting. Canadian coldwater shrimp are Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified. This business is a long-standing and successful partnership between Clearwater and Danish Ocean Prawns A/S.

From May to September, the Atlantic Enterprise also harvests a large flatfish often referred to as Greenland Halibut (Turbot) in the Davis Strait.
