½ lb  Norway Lobster Clusters, steamed*
½ cup  Flour
½ cup  Cornstarch
1 tsp  Baking Powder
½ tsp  Baking Soda
½ tsp  Salt
1Â Â Egg
1 1/4 cup  Water
¼ cup 2 oz  Sweet Thai Chili sauce
*to steam:
1. Lay out Norway Lobster Clusters in a single layer on a pan from frozen.
2. Steam for 6 minutes or until the middle of the cluster is opaque (1450F).
3. Strain and keep cold until use.
Directions
1. To make a batter combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, eggs, and water.
2. Dip the steamed clusters in batter.
3. Fry the clusters at 3500F until golden brown. Drain on paper towel to remove excess oil.
4. Serve with Sweet Thai Chili sauce.
