7 pc Clearwater Arctic Surf Clam aka Hokkigai, thawed in fridge for 12 hours
½ cup lime juice
1 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ cup Vidalia onions
1 ½ cup red and yellow peppers
¾ cup green onion
2 tbsp Furikake seasoning
In a bowl, mix lime juice, rice vinegar, honey, and soy sauce to make Lime Splash dressing.
Cut each piece of Clearwater Arctic Surf Clam in half (prime cut), scrape the insides to clean, then julienne.
In a large bowl, mix onions, peppers, Clearwater Arctic Surf Clams, and Lime Splash dressing.
