250 g Arctic Surf Clams (butterfly)
goat cheese (slice to same thickness as clams)
1 celery (cut into 2 inch section)
100 g strawberries (cut into halves)
1/2 cup fresh fruits (cut into cubes)
1 tbsp Japanese wasabi flavored mayonnaise
1. Wrap one slice of goat cheese with one piece of
butterfly cut Arctic Surf Clams.
2. Place in on top of the celery ribs.
Garnish with strawberry and some of your favorite fruits. Serve with Japanese wasabi mayonnaise as dipping sauce.
