Harvesting and Processing
The snow crab are landed live at our facilities and processed into clusters. A cluster (or section) is one side of the crab with legs and claw attached. The crab is brine frozen to protect the meats from dehydration.
Clusters are size graded by weight, packed into 30 lb. master cases and shipped to markets.
