Clearwater Rock Crab is sustainably harvested around the shores of Holland and the United Kingdom. Rock Crab is ideal for all sustainable menus originating from a well-managed and healthy fishery. Rock Crab is processed close to the abundant stocks and busy ports of both the East and West coasts of Scotland, allowing the product to be delivered quickly after landing, securing maximum freshness and quality.

Along with exceptional flavor and quality, wild seafood is also recognized as a healthy choice.
