King Crab with Cocktail Sauce

| 1 lb. | Clearwater King Crab |
| 1 cup | Ketchup |
| ¼ cup | Chili sauce |
| 3 tbsp. | Onion, diced |
| 3 tbsp. | Prepared horseradish |
| 2 tbsp. | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 tbsp. | Lemon zest |
| 2 tbsp. | Fresh tarragon, chopped |
| 5 | Drops of Tabasco |
- Whisk together all of the ingredients for the cocktail sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour then serve with the King Crab.
