Our vessels fish year round and are at sea an average of 30-40 days per trip and return with more than 400,000 pounds of clam meats. Clearwater Chopped Clams are harvested 200 miles off Canada’s East Coast by state-of-the-art factory freezer vessels dedicated solely to harvesting clams, these are the only clams on the market that are frozen-at-sea within one hour of catch. Meats are canned on shore, preserving the freshness and delicate texture for superior quality.
