Scallops and Sauce, Marinara | Uses and Applications

Use Marinara Scallops & Sauce to top salmon, filet of sole, cod, or haddock.

Pair with a hot pasta of your choice.

Toss 1 package with  1.5 cups of cooked penne pasta – from frozen.  Divide between 2 oven able individual lasagna dishes and top each dish with quarter cup shredded mozzarella.  Bake 375F until bubbling hot – approx. 25 minutes.

Sprinkle frozen over a flat bread with cheese and bake 8 minutes at 425F.


Use Mariana Scallops & Sauce in zucchini boats, as a crostini topper or in hors d’oeuvres.

Prepare enrobed as per manufacturers instructions and stir in ½ cup of heavy cream to finish.


Prepare enrobed as per manufacturers instructions and the last two minutes stir in a pinch of crushed chillies and ¼ cup chopped black olives.
