King Crab with Cocktail Sauce
King Crab with Lemon Aioli












Ingredients

16 oz.Crab Meat, picked over for shells or cartilage
3Eggs
½ cupMayonnaise
 ¼ cupGreen onion
2 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tbsp.Lemon juice
1 ¼ cupBread Crumbs, divided
½ cup Flour
2 tbsp.Oil


Directions

  • Mix together crab meat, 1 egg, mayonnaise, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and ¾ cup breadcrumbs.
  • Form crab mixture into patties. Lightly coat with flour.
  • Slightly beat the remaining eggs. Dip the crab patties into the egg wash. Coat with remaining breadcrumbs.
  • Place patties on waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Heat oil in large frying pan. Brown crab patties in hot oil on both sides. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve with tartar sauce.
