1 磅 Clearwater 加拿大北极虾,解冻滤干
1/3 杯 泰式甜辣酱
1 个 中等大小的切丁番茄,
1/3 杯 去核粗切的卡拉玛塔橄榄
2 汤匙 细切红洋葱
2 汤匙 粗切新鲜芫荽
1 汤匙 橄榄油
1-2 张 面饼
按口味准备 盐和胡椒
1. 预热烤架或烤炉至中温。
2. 混合虾、番茄、橄榄和红洋葱。
3. 在面饼上涂抹橄榄油,烤制 2-3 分钟。
4. 停止加热,在顶面涂抹泰式甜辣酱。
在甜辣酱上放置虾混合物,撒上芫荽。切成几份,立即上菜。
