Easy Snap North Atlantic Crab Claws are double scored making it easier to enjoy the succulent taste of Clearwater's North Atlantic Crab. Enjoy our crab claws grilled with delicious garlic lemon butter.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb Clearwater Easy Snap Crab, defrosted
  •  Garlic Lemon Butter:
  • 2 cloves Garlic, pressed or minced
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs, chopped (thyme, chives or parsley)
Directions
  • Melt the butter with the garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the herbs.
  • Grill crab, turning and basting with the garlic lemon butter, for 3-4 minutes, or just until the crab is heated through. Be careful not to overcook.
