Clearwater Easy Snap Crab Claws with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 lb Clearwater Easy Snap Crab, defrosted
  • 1 Cup Dry white wine
  • 1/3 Cup Pesto
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions
  • Place the Easy Snap Crab in a steam basket.
  • Combine the wine, pesto and lemon juice in a large pan; bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Lower the steam basket into pan; cover. Reduce the heat and simmer about 3-4 minutes, or until crab is just heated through. Be careful not to overcook.
  • Serve in wide, shallow bowls or rimmed plates. Pour some of the cooking liquid over each serving.
